Refund policy

We permit the return and refund of non-personalised and non-custom items.

​Requests for returns must be submitted to info@fettleandfern.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return delivery costs must be covered by the customer.

If your return request is accepted then we must receive your return within 30 days of your order date for the return to be valid. 

Please note that any returns made without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your parcel on arrival and ensure that the items have reached you without damage. Any damages do need to be declared within 7 days to ensure that we can put things right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that we cannot accept the return of personalised or bespoke items.
